1. Add a tip $$$:
Prop creators can now incentivize the swap with a “tip”: Decide how much the Noun you want is worth to you. This mechanism enables the DAO to earn revenue via swaps.

2. Share a personalized reason:
We've heard from the community that understanding the purpose behind why a Noun holder wants the swap is vital. We've added the ability to include a personalized reason for the swap that shows up directly in the proposal.

3. Simplified proposal templates:
- Added images of the Nouns involved in the swap.
- Removed the templated wording.
- Added a section for the personalized reason for the swap.
