I actually love going to McDonalds overseas because they always have a couple of items you can only find in that country. Like chicken wings in Singapore, hot dogs in Japan, veggie burgers in Sweden, pizza pockets in German, lots of beer. You should go check it out.

I actually loved the McCafe coffees in Italy 🙂

Oh yeah, the cafe drinks were solid. 

It definitely varies from country to country, true in the states too though. Depends on the owners/vendors. All the ones in the Asia are impeccable though. Even the other chains like Subway, best version of those sandwiches I've ever had and the service was perfect.
