My kettle no longer recognises when it is time to stop boiling. As such, I am now requesting that you advertise elite kettles to me. This is a good opportunity to earn $0.50 from Amazon referral links.

assuming for pourover coffee, if not then disregard hario temp control kettle if you want a straightforward gooseneck kettle with no frills, fellow stagg if you want something more aesthetic with bells and whistles

Tried and true. Lots of good coffee shops use these and I love mine. https://www.amazon.com/Bonavita-BV382510V-Variable-Temperature-Gooseneck/dp/B005YR0F40/?th=1

Recently got a Fellow Opus coffee grinder and it’s great. Their kettles look nice too. We added a instahot in our kitchen sink tho which is honestly the superior move from life happiness perspective. Hot water whenever you want it at whatever temp you set it at.

I don’t have a reflink, but, I SWEAAAR by this Govee Smart Kettle - https://a.co/d/j8DDpVX because: - while a lot of smart home stuff is gimmicky, I actually use those features on this one a LOT. The timer for boiling each morning, being able to see status in Google home, voice command to turn it on, and seeing realtime temp in the Govee app, which also lets me fine tune the temp for different purposes like coffee vs green tea vs black tea etc - great construction quality and nice design - the metal seems to be sturdy and of high quality - the gooseneck is perfect for pour over coffee - when I dumped water in the circuitry like an idiot (don’t worry, this is actually quite hard to accomplish) I hit the “rapid replacement” button in-app… one email reply and 2 days later, I had a new unit on my doorstep… zero hassle - for the range of features + build quality, $68 seems very reasonable (free shipping w Prime as well, I’m told, but I refuse to ever sign up for Prime…) happy hunting!
