Try to get your calories from foods with good macros and if you need more but don’t want to eat, put olive oil in your protein shakes Avocados, nuts, and yogurt are all great calorie dense foods too

Everyone is different but 4 600-800 meals a day is enough for most people to bulk up You need protein with each meal but not as much as they’re suggesting, 80-150g depending on weight. Any more and you’ll give yourself stomach pain Meal prep or hire a chef to do it for you Train hard 4 or 5 times a week

You have to cook clean meals 5 times a day which to me sounds like a right ball ache. You need to get someone cooking for you and just keep it quite simple. Protein and a veg with a simple carb should do but still that's a lot of work. Chicken and asparagus with rice x5?

Wouldn't recommend this to most people but you can hire a chef/cook to learn from food shouldn't be dreadful compromise and find what you like, consistently over the long term is more sustainable I love Greek yogurt + stevia + dark cocoa powder or protein powder I eat almost daily
