Yo I fucking hate this Northman diet I have to eat 5 meals a day and they all fucking suck are you kidding me Need tips for clean over-eating in a manageable way

Everyone is different but 4 600-800 meals a day is enough for most people to bulk up You need protein with each meal but not as much as they’re suggesting, 80-150g depending on weight. Any more and you’ll give yourself stomach pain Meal prep or hire a chef to do it for you Train hard 4 or 5 times a week
