Workout update: put in some work today 💪🏾 rare weekend workout for me… 🙌🏾 Movement(s) of the day: -Landmine alternating lateral lunges + hurdle lateral jumps Great strength and power movement combo. Try them out in your next workout!

Workout update: After a week of not lifting, I did not hit a new 3x max with my deadlift. With that, I went neutral grip again with my deadlifts and hit 315lb for 3x EASY with no grip failure. Happy with today- onto the next.

Workout Update: No heavy squats today 😞. I wasn’t able to workout because I was preparing for my new class that I’m coaching (I got promoted at work two weeks ago! 🎉). While my health is always a priority, today I was able to support so many others, and that really filled me up 🙏🏾🙌🏾.
