Ran 4.39 miles and did 10 pushups every three minutes. Done in 41m 33s, and a total of 150 pushups.

This is great- loving these workouts. I used to this with my best friend in college during the summer after the gym. We would do a 5k with a different movement in every four corners of the track (ex. Push-ups/jump rope/squats…) it made running fun.

It’s a great way to break up the monotony! The track idea sounds pretty damn fun too! In general, I’m a pretty big bodyweight exercise/calisthenics fiend 🫡
