New weight vest garage sesh with +25 lbs. Superset: 1a - pull-ups x 4, 3, 3, 3 1b - dips x 8, 6, 6, 6 2 - elevated handle push-ups x 6, 7, 6, 7 Overall, humbling to wear a vest the entire session. Thought I’d be able to crank out more reps, but suppose I’m getting to know the new pain device 😈

Post-Sickness workout: I got rekt with a cold on NYE and was pretty miserable up until today. Took it light, did 3 - 4 sets of each exercise. Jump rope: 15m Pulls x 19 reps Dips x 36 reps Pistols x 13 reps Elevated pushups x 24 reps Bodyweight rows x 20 reps L-sit hold (pull-up position): 20s Nice to be back home.

Started reading A Memory Called Empire, and have to say I’m really enjoying the space-sleuthing that’s been happening the first quarter of the book. Was lead to believe it’d be harder to get through, but it’s been a fantastic story (and page turner) so far!
