Since getting this CO2 meter, I’ve found there’s a high correlation with being unfocused and/or irritable with 800+ readings. Reminder to get some fresh air, open the window, etc.

latest would still be before noon. whoop is obviously not a scientific measurement and I don't mean to suggest the data would look similar for everyone. however, did make a difference in my case if placebo allows me to sleep better, i'm fine with that :)
