Personally I won't do any startup without a cofounder ever

Depends on the type of startup, but mostly co-founder or high functioning advisor

Realtalk: Solo is just fine, however, many investors do filter for co-founders and zero side projects. Solo founders and multi project founders are definitely penalized.

I know ppl who don't want a co-founder anymore. after "bad experience" I def would go with a co-founder. unless I already made and have a lot of money to hire someone for a business. If it's a startup prob co-founder is needed

I’m technically a solo founder but I have a business partner (leta wares) who I share customers and materials with. I feel more comfortable retaining 100% equity and just paying him here and there for certain deals or materials :)
