Web2 gamers are won over via their hearts, not their wallets. How about just shipping a fun game instead of âvampire attackingâ? Even the daily terminology we flippantly repeat in Web3 is super cringe for Web2 users. The road to mass adoption is paved by good intentions, not bribery nor theft.

No hard data to back it, but many of the takes I saw from people that donât understand it arenât gamers or the last game they played was probably something from the 8-bit/16-bit era (might explain all the pixelart web3 games). Forever falling into the âtokenomics first, gameplay/worldbuilding secondâ trap.
