Web2 gamers are won over via their hearts, not their wallets. How about just shipping a fun game instead of “vampire attacking”? Even the daily terminology we flippantly repeat in Web3 is super cringe for Web2 users. The road to mass adoption is paved by good intentions, not bribery nor theft.

It is crazy how few people building inside the blockchain & web3 gaming space actually understands this. Like, it boggles my mind.

You’re absolutely right - games should be fun first and foremost, both for Web2 or Web3. Ownership and interoperability of in game assets are what i’m most excited about in Web3 gaming, which is what sets it apart from Web2 - this year will start to show where Web3 games are at in this aspect Look forward to it!
