A year ago, I launched /itookaphoto as a place anyone can cast their best photos. My buddy and talented photographer, @jonathancolton, joined me as the channel's co-host. A cooler name than mod. 🤣 JC went on to build some of the best channels on WC - /nature, /lightchasers and /positivesum. As @dwr.eth put it, to launch a channel you must fan the flames of a small campfire. We did tons of outreach. Degen was blowing up and that helped get photographers interested in casting. Valentine's Day 1mil explosion! Fun contests! Many Rounds helped the fire grow to get us to the top of the channel leaderboard. But MOST importantly, lots of talented photographers - amateurs and professionals - casted and created a welcoming environment to share art. Over time, I launched /itookavideo, /aitookaphoto and /itookaselfie and others! Fun channels without a crypto focus. I am fortunate to have built these channels with all of you! It’s not easy to find kale around here. I saw a 750g pack at the supermarket on Monday and bought it. But that’s a lot of kale! I’ve been eating it every day and still have half of the pack left. Do you have any suggestions for ways to prepare it? I’m looking for simple recipes. 🥬

i don't know that i'll ever feel more at home than i do in any small town diner in america. the steam from a crappy cup of coffee rises from between my hands. i've poured three of those tiny, unflavored half-and-half cups in it, but the ratio and temperature keep getting fucked up by the probably-still-teenage waitress that keeps coming by to top it off without a word. four older men meet in a corner booth, and i overhear them discussing notable roadkill they've seen on the highway recently. it's palpable. there's love here... ...and the time and space to unfold it.

I was in a relationship with a “man”. We lived in my apartment, I always bought groceries, drove my car, which I fueled, in cafes in half. In general, you realized what kind of specimen I got, and after all, nothing I was not embarrassed, everything suited me. Embarrass me began when I was going to sell the apartment to buy a bigger and more comfortable. There were legal delays and my “man” at this time hysterical that I do everything long, that good options go away, that he has already seen the furniture. Then I changed my mind to take the first option and decided to look at a smaller, but in the center. He generally yelled and even tried to hit me, like I am greedy (and he just from the first option was more convenient to get to work). I shoved him out the door with my things, so this asshole told our friends that I was greedy and he paid for everything, and I only pulled money from him.... #life #history #interesting
