feels like hojicha is becoming more and more common lately at third wave coffee shops. @brileigh and I are big fans, it’s an earthy and caffeine-free roasted green tea ideal as a soothing after-dinner drink. also makes a great latte with some simple syrup and foamed milk.

I actually haven’t! it’s pretty cool that we found a way to use the leftover husk/pulp. how do you find the taste? I’m assuming on the light/fruity side.
