i launched a small alpha test group today:

1. 75% fail rate getting people into TestFlight.
2. Expo updates are buggy.
3. rolling your own auth is frustrating

not incredibly smooth for a first say, but am so thankful to have friends here that can spare their time while we iron out the details.
