In honor of @giuseppe entering this channel 🤣 What are y’all’s kitchen cleaning tips? Especially to reduce the amount of wash up after cooking Recent tip from Adam Ragusea: instead of having the standard triple station for batter, just put meat in 1 container, strain, add starch, mix, add eggs, toss in panko

Also I like to have a separate vessel of blue dawn soap and a green sponge + grill screen. These are the way to truly cleaning pans. The material is very abrasive though. Basically I put the griddle screen on top of the green scotch brite and buff out every pan as we clean them.

Hi hi !👋 I find just making time to clean as you go is a good tip. Adding parchment /foil when baking on trays to avoid cleaning after. Having good tools to clean are crucial to not waste time. I use these plastic ikea trays as I work all day and they are great because easy to clean I’ll share

re: foil & parchment paper for less cleaning you can get massive rolls of plastic wrap, foil, and parchment paper from costco. i got a 2-count pack of foil and it’s lasted me 3 years so far 💀
