Especially to reduce the amount of wash up after cooking Recent tip from Adam Ragusea: instead of having the standard triple station for batter, just put meat in 1 container, strain, add starch, mix, add eggs, toss in panko

re: foil & parchment paper for less cleaning you can get massive rolls of plastic wrap, foil, and parchment paper from costco. i got a 2-count pack of foil and it’s lasted me 3 years so far 💀
