what online yoga teachers/videos do /yoga friends recommend for an almost-beginner? i mean more "actual" yoga and less yoga for adrienne (which is also great but it doesn't capture my attention for some reason)

i know it's much better to get an IRL teacher but time flexibility is more important for me right now 😅

My friend swears by the peloton yoga classes. Her husband's work comps peloton yearly; and they have a spare room dedicated to the bicycle and yoga. 👉DINK👈
