Honestly, most of the 'big' power metal bands do nothing for me: - Blind Guardian (which is blasphemous to say) - Gamma Ray (Kai may be my least favorite voice in the genre) - Sabaton (though I've enjoyed the hell out of them live, not a band I'd buy an album of) - Rhapsody (and, come to think of it, most Italian power metal bands. . .they all sound a bit sames-y) - Gloryhammer - Beast in Black / Battle Beast / anything related to these bands Trying to think of other huge acts right now but that's a decent starting point
