Started getting into listening to podcasts while on long runs. I started listening to @kepano on yesterday's run and it's has been interesting. The need to start journalling and putting words down for oneself, the concept of "audience of selves" and embracing constraints have really really hit. Corriendo por una causa 🏃🏾🌈 Nkemjika está entrenando para correr su primer maratón (42km) con la misión de recaudar 2ETH para @rosaliesrainbow Rosalie es una niña preciosa con síndrome de Rett (un trastorno neurológico y de desarrollo que provoca la pérdida progresiva de las capacidades motoras y del habla, y afecta principalmente a mujeres). Puedes donar en rosaliesrainbow.eth El dinero recibido irá para terminar la furgoneta accesible que está construyendo Phil, el papá de Rosalie, y para comprar un carrito de senderismo adaptado. Rosalie may not be able to use words verbally but she's a clever cookie if you spend time with her. She communicates with her eyes and is learning to use her eye gaze device along with low tech symbols. She is able to make choices and knows what she wants allowing us to see her humour and sometimes cheeky personality.
