I am sold on the idea that my back is fucked up because I sit too much, and I need to be squatting (and standing) more. Basically I need a sit/stand/squat workstation. Anyone have something like that that works for them? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=965Fwq2aVIo

Highly recommend! I have completely restored my ability to squat like this from daily practice. It’s done wonders for overall fitness.

I started by adding it into my daily movement practice with dynamic squats (up & down) and I would hold onto the coffee table to hold in that deep squat position. I wasn't able to hold it without falling backward, so I worked on my ankle mobility in tandem.
