same, i think im going to do it for a few weeks until i get in the habit of eating on time throughout the day i wait too long to eat and then have to cram all my protein in a few hours dinner time

You don't *have* to track macros, or calories at all for that matter. I stopped tracking everything ~6 months ago, lost 15 lbs, and now I'm slowly bulking back up. It's 100% doable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqUXju7WyL8
