The end product: vegan dirty rice.
In traditional dirty rice, the dark color comes from browning chicken liver or gizzards. This one is made with tofu, and ingredients like tamari, thyme, sage, oregano, Worcestershire, onions, garlic, celery, green bell peppers, and a bit of red wine. π·

@cheniadi I often hear that a woman is the keeper of the hearth, should support her husband, not to nag, somewhere to keep silent and in general to be wise and all will be happy.
With my first husband lived 10 years, older than me by 7 years, a child, went through fire and water in a good way. Was a good family man and father. And I was not perceived as a woman. A borscht cook yes, a mother of his children yes, a cleaning lady yes. Dissolved, because he did not hear me, and I wanted basic affection and care, joint walks.
I married for the second time a year ago, my husband is 7 years younger. Care, affection, cupcake 100%, but as a family man 0. Neither take out the trash, nor to take care of when there are difficulties in the family. I'm thinking about divorce again. So does it really depend on the woman? Or is it all about the number 7?
