What's the best rebuttal to the argument that Ethereum may be home to tons of innovation but the token won't accrue much value because if token prices increase too much people leave for other chains?

I'd donate all my excess cash to seed-fund a protocol where people donate money, it's invested, and once a year anyone who wants to can vote on where to donate the profits. You could accredit third party orgs to do proof of human for voting.
