On engineering principles, I respect the Warpcast team (may be biased) for their relentless work in driving to what is most important for the product, @eulerlagrange.eth for striking a balance between pragmatism and delivery, and (this might be a shocker due to my vocal criticism)...

@jessepollak for the absolutely killer bizdev work and community building of Base, the XMTP team for their bizdev work and dead simple integration API. I operate on a different set of first principles and I am very vocal in opposition to projects which do not follow those principles, but it is out of respect.

Other major shoutouts: - @neynar team for taking a gamble in betting on an early project and absolutely killing it - @betashop.eth for being that same vocal opposition to make us be better - @warpcastadmin.eth for unintentionally being a master artist of great engineering and trolling simultaneously
