On engineering principles, I respect the Warpcast team (may be biased) for their relentless work in driving to what is most important for the product, @eulerlagrange.eth for striking a balance between pragmatism and delivery, and (this might be a shocker due to my vocal criticism)...

- @frodo for making one of the coolest ARGs I've seen in a long time

And finally, @j4ck.eth . Icebreaker truly had me confused at first what the endgame was, and I may not even have a good sense of what it will be yet, but god damn if it wasn't one of the coolest things I've seen in the space for blending the url->irl threshold

@jessepollak for the absolutely killer bizdev work and community building of Base, the XMTP team for their bizdev work and dead simple integration API. I operate on a different set of first principles and I am very vocal in opposition to projects which do not follow those principles, but it is out of respect.
