my airpods are not good enough or helping to drown out the noise that is making me want to tear my ears off. the only alternative is leaving the apartment temporarily. im about to cry bc this misophonia bs is so fucking painful. 😖

Oh no, I love my Bose noise canceling headphones they drown out so much noise it always trips me out.
