I started the day with a morning run. I kept it to 3k and slightly improved my pace. It was my second run after recovering from bronchitis, and I think it's over now. It's just a matter of building my endurance again. Do you think I should focus on improving my pace or increasing the distance? What is the best strategy?

I would focus on distance and lowering the HR. the time to build speed will come after you have a good aerobic base.

Alright! That’s a good goal. Yes, my HR is still high. But it will get down little by little.

Based on this 3k pace, you should be able to run 5k in 40min. Once I release the MO’M v3 frame you can use it to create a training plan for it.
