Today I increased a bit the distance. Pace is still the same. Heart rate is still high. But I see some improvement. 😅

Really? It doesn’t matter much?

It depends on what you want. When you start running and are initially trying to cover a certain distance, it doesn't matter if your heart rate is 10 bpm higher or lower. What matters is how long you can keep going. The best way to improve this is by running regularly, maintaining good nutrition, getting enough sleep, and allowing your joints enough time to adjust to the increased load. As you progress and aim to improve your 10k time, training in specific heart rate zones becomes more important.

By now, I want to get to 6k because of a run in mid-September. Later I’ll want to get to 10k. But the first goal is 6km with a reasonable pace. Thank you for all the tips. 40 $degen 400 $units
