I wrote my master's seminar paper on the intersection of team size, happiness, and productivity. One of the things I learned was that 1) happiness and productivity are connected, and 2) smaller teams often are happier, but 3) a large enough team will still out produce even if everyone is miserable.

Jumping onto the more reps -> leads to quality side. Quality doesn’t come from a spark of genius and a single rep, it come from the ten year overnight success Beatles, Jordan, Kobe, all of their quality was predicated on reps, not perfection
