What’s your most consistently valuable piece of micro-alpha? Mine is “Showing up reasonably early is always useful” You can overdo it ofc, but worst case is you have extra time to catch up, get ahead, or just zone tf out More likely is you start sooner (gym, etc) or meet others also leaning in 🫡

Another one is- If you want to get absolutely anywhere, take a high vis jacket and a clipboard. There is no door the combination of those two things doesn't open.

My go-to habit is waking up and riding my trike straight to the ocean. I jump into the freezing 🥶 water for ~10 minutes, then head back home. That cold dip is life-changing habit - it helps me focus and feel optimistic for hours. No matter what’s going on around me, it keeps me calm and clear-headed for the next five hours or so.

Mine is "If you are tired try to learn to rest, not stop” and “Effort without prayer is in vain”. These two things are what I always want when I am pursuing something, whether it will be successful or not, but what is clear is that I have tried for what I have.

Mine is persistence. Everything doesn’t just work or go your way immediately. Give it time, embrace the journey, keep trying, don’t relent It all eventually falls into place yk.

I mean mine should be the consistency I choose to show even though I might end up not being soo early. Farcaster for example, I joined in May or so this year and I’m kicking it like my life depends on it(it does lol)
