What’s your most consistently valuable piece of micro-alpha? Mine is “Showing up reasonably early is always useful” You can overdo it ofc, but worst case is you have extra time to catch up, get ahead, or just zone tf out More likely is you start sooner (gym, etc) or meet others also leaning in 🫡

My go-to habit is waking up and riding my trike straight to the ocean. I jump into the freezing 🥶 water for ~10 minutes, then head back home. That cold dip is life-changing habit - it helps me focus and feel optimistic for hours. No matter what’s going on around me, it keeps me calm and clear-headed for the next five hours or so.
