We realized early May that Casters overall weren't buying a ton of stuff through frames anymore (for a variety of reasons) and built conviction that txn frames in their current form aren't going to meaningfully change existing user purchasing behavior - so we adjusted... 

We got our transaction frame code into a stable state, reprioritized our core offering (automated Creator pages), and now have a sleek sales solution to help Creators bridge their existing lines of business directly into the Farcaster feed

Our pivot back let's us leverage the wins to make our core product better 🫡

Seemore.tv 's last pivot was really a "pivot back" to our core competency.

We leaned into transaction frames HARD when they first launched, helped sell the first physical goods w direct crypto payments (shoutout @samantha), and helped folks like @bigshotklim sell a ton of awesome stuff through April, but...

We pivoted because we realised that targeting retail users with yield strategies are wrong way to approach them.
First step of all retail users is trading. 
Bolide reached 14M in TVL as a yield aggregator because we provided a good automated yield. 
But as yield market crashed we couldn’t continue to do that.

I pivoted to shipping!
Because I’ve had so many ideas that I didn’t end up making that I didn’t want to make the same error again.
It went well seeing other people love the project as much as I do.
Initial launch’s and first users are always hard so the first days didn’t go so well but we kept going!

odds are you're pivoting into something connected to what you're currently doing so the user is probably the same, it's hard to "change" your product in a user's mind, and starting over branding/distribution from scratch every time is a losing game

sometimes it makes sense, but your learnings tend to be clustered

Why pivot instead of scrap and start over?

1. We pivoted because the market changed suddenly with a massive adoption of new consumption behavior.

2. Identifying and tackling the other half of the problem others weren't because it required offline activities.

3. Completely migrating the competitiveness from individuals to assets for scalability/stability.

Every 5 years we do a pivot / allignment to stay relevant with markets and technology. Been fortunate to find the right people each time fairly quickly but web 3 has been solid crushingly hard. Mainly due to a lack of portfolios and proof of work by many of the actors here

From a web3 CRM to web3 quests platform, its been such a high value pivot.
