Fatter tails on upside outcomes via Internet distribution implies quantity of reps matter more than quality Quantity of reps going up implies median quality of rep going down, but it also implies improved quality of rep through repeated practice Where is the free market of human activity going to lead us?

I wrote my master's seminar paper on the intersection of team size, happiness, and productivity. One of the things I learned was that 1) happiness and productivity are connected, and 2) smaller teams often are happier, but 3) a large enough team will still out produce even if everyone is miserable.

Not yet. For the work I do (product management, among other things), AI is like a junior person who doesn't learn, and it can't build relationships and trust with people. For professions built on interaction and interpreting human behavior, it doesn't suffice. But, it DOES help me do more better as an IC.
