I still remember when @tracyit had 17 followers. She didn't have a badge and needed help understanding how it all worked. This is the way! Follower count or having a badge is not fully correlated to quality! Both of those things are a matter of exposure and time. There are so many people who have good things to share and talk about. Focusing only on the ones that “made it” so far is doing yourself a disservice.
