I still remember when @tracyit had 17 followers. She didn't have a badge and needed help understanding how it all worked. This is the way! Follower count or having a badge is not fully correlated to quality! Both of those things are a matter of exposure and time. There are so many people who have good things to share and talk about. Focusing only on the ones that β€œmade it” so far is doing yourself a disservice.
