Agree with you Calling out is difficult and people usually prefer moving to another company rather than calling it out Also calling it out may lead to other issues too

What is the way out ? At this point one thing is sure that people won’t stop doing this I just want to make good products and solve problems , why do people have to add sycophancy and politics into this ? And no changing jobs is not the way Have done that already 2/n

Have been working for around 6 years now , mostly with early stage startups (seed to series C) I have observed rampant favouritism ,sycophancy and politics at play Is there any way to avoid it ? Even in early stage companies , once the number of employees reach the higher side these things start to happen 1/n
