let's talk about some of the weaknesses of farcaster: 1. there are huge power laws to follower distribution based on if you were here early 2. a lot of followers seem not to be real or are totally inactive 3. a lot of content and conversation is crypto heavy 4. there's much financialization of interactions what else?

1. true of every social media platform 2. yes, probably 250k are automated bots; better to start solving bot- + spam-related problems now than waiting until PMF 3. yes, excited to see devs build apps, frames, actions to diversify content 4. yes, but you can always choose to ignore it like i do 5. not enough A+ content

As someone that has been trying to get his following up for some time, this hits. It's nearly impossible to get a new follower on this app realtive to other socials I've grown accounts on. Seems biased against newbies unfortunately. @bryhmo any tips to help me get my numbers rolling?
