I’m a magnesium maxi when it comes to sleep… I take Epsom salt baths regularly. Supplementing with mag glycinate is worth a trial if you struggle with good sleep. 200-400 mg per day working up to 400-800 mg per day, ideally split across two doses. Not medical advice yatta yatta.

honestly that was a huge mistake on this trip and is likely the cause I take 200 mg magnesium glycinate every night and I forgot to bring the supplement on this travel
