Non authentic chicken pho broth in the works. I always use spices from Reluctant trading co. For the past 8 years since I lived in the chi we used spices that Scott sources from his connections in India. One of the “pros” of private chef is I can cook different cuisines daily. Tonight will be Vietnamese.

My kids have really enjoyed pho when we’ve stopped in at places I’m Boston, might give it a go this winter when the time is right.  Commercial noodle suggestions to recommend?  

The broth etc should be in our capacity.

I like this brand. they carry it at H-mart and 99 ranch out in Cali. I am unsure about bean tohwn. IMO....The keywords to look for are Fresh Rice Stick Noodle. Turned out great this evening. Cheers friend.
