It’s sort of ironic, as spreading the OCP narrative only primes a consumer to be more pissed off and paranoid when Coinbase themselves rightfully takes similar actions

I am afraid of Coinbase. I have for me what is a lot of money in there and it feels trapped. If I try and move it, they will punish me. If I encounter problems, I will get no help.

I haven't used it much since the spring when I sent USD to my bank and it worked smooth as can be, though I think that was before they required new updates - which I need to do, as it's the time of the year to offramp some to fiat.

Way too late. Thinking about dealing with my account there makes me want to hurl.  My fear and anxiety perpetuate the problem as the longer I wait the more time they have to dismantle institutions like the CFPB which would be my only recourse
