Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. I know just reading a book wonโ€™t solve it all and Iโ€™ll still have to take a lot of action, but itโ€™s a start. Surprise visit from the kitten too! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Easy to read and cherry pick from. Overall - it's a great approach to helping people change by adopting new habits and modifying existing ones.

Picking up a book is a great first step! Addressing ADHD and other challenges from military life can be tough, but being proactive about it is key. Good luck with the readโ€”hopefully, it offers some helpful insights. And a surprise visit from a kitten sounds like a perfect little boost! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Sooo. It's a wonderful book. Solid advice... For most My unmedicated ADHD fks me in the way that I can have all the knowledge in the world. But lack the ability to apply it. I be knowing but in a constant state of fkn task paralysis. It's. Fucking. Stupid. My shit not yours. I super hope you have better luck applying the techniques in the book.
