Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. I know just reading a book wonโt solve it all and Iโll still have to take a lot of action, but itโs a start. Surprise visit from the kitten too! ๐

Definitely flashy looking! I wouldn't be an ADHD'er if I didn't procrastinate starting to read it lmao. I'll probably get into it tomorrow. It has great reviews though. The problem is that my executive dysfunction is so severe that I already KNOW all of the info, how to plan, organize, goal set, etc, I just physically can barely do any of them. Anything outside of my normal daily routine or something that I'm interested in or is dopamine inducing, I'm like not doing it. Ughhh
