Ethereum Follow Protocol (EFP) is a social graph protocol for ethereum accounts that complements the existing ethereum identity stack, e.g. ENS, SIWE, etc. Users store their followers and optional tags (to enable different social graphs in one list) on L2s to keep gas cheap.
