Shorter or longer emails when meeting someone new? 

I only feel like shorter emails work when you already have some authority or warm connection. Ideas by themselves at early stages can rarely pique interest (I think).

I always go for shorter, to the point when possible, anything else is either attached in mail, or not to be discussed in email in the first place,  ofc. all depends on context
