The one thing i can't seem to get in order is my sleeping habit. We're supposed to sleep for at least 8 hours right? I can't seem to get more than four hours of sleep💀 I guess i have to live with it or there's a solution?

It’s probably an habit for you You just have to adjust it, gradually A 15-minute daily increment is cool

You biologically can’t even if you wanted to😅 But if you find it hard, it’s because your mind isn’t relaxed, or you don’t feel sufficiently mentally accomplished

A lot on your mind fam, empty it We all have goals fam, but living in the moment, maximizing current resources and finding happiness in what we currently have, creates peace and makes you even more creative
