The one thing i can't seem to get in order is my sleeping habit. We're supposed to sleep for at least 8 hours right? I can't seem to get more than four hours of sleepš I guess i have to live with it or there's a solution?

Itās probably an habit for you You just have to adjust it, gradually A 15-minute daily increment is cool

You biologically canāt even if you wanted toš But if you find it hard, itās because your mind isnāt relaxed, or you donāt feel sufficiently mentally accomplished
