I hear no mention of Goodhart’s law. “When a measure becomes a target it no longer is a good form of measurement” 

This is a fundamental piece of the puzzle Talent will need to deal with. Your ways of measuring need to evolve over time and become more advanced if you don’t want people to game the system.
