The article makes some decent points despite the clickbait headline. For example it cites examples like corporations donating unlimited amounts to political campaigns, and pharmacies selling data about their prescribers, as being wrongly protected by "free speech"

I'd agree, it isn't - but it feels like it is because we love pretending that the 9th Amendment doesn't exist. My guess would be that the vast majority of people would have to go look up what that Amendment says, and that kinda sucks.
