Decentralization is a spectrum, not an absolute - One of the single best examples of this is @base with this line on their website: "Base is incubated within Coinbase and plans to progressively decentralize in the years ahead." That's why I like Base.

There's probably a way for you to do the thing without launching a token. I cannot recommend highly enough that you spend some time figuring out that way. Your token is more likely to hurt you than it is to help you.

warpcast pros i need a little help - i'm working on being more valuable here to earn the badge - but one of the best ways i contribute is via video content is embedding a video in a cast a power badge feature? i don't seem to have the option and i'd use the hell out of it if i could

Base is getting attention from the big Web3 gamers. I was just in a panel with some pretty heavy hitters in that space, and the topic was "which ecosystem is winning gaming?" Base came up several times, not as the outright winner but as the one that everyone is watching closely. Frame hosted games is something everyone is pretty excited about. Bullish on Base 🤙🏻

Spent the weekend with some old friends and I was reminded how seriously early this all still is. It's very easy to forget when you're neck deep into the space, but the larger populous is just barely aware of one or two things. Summary of my anecdotal test group this weekend: 1) Heard of BTC, aware of the ETF passage. 2) A few murmurs about memes and that whole casino. 3) Curious about how Web3 can impact their industry (sales, marketing, medicine, education, and tech). I'm continuing to teach where I can, acknowledge skepticism always, and onboard as meaningfully as possible. I absolutely love every second of it.

Onboarding as many non-profits as possible to our donations via staking service. (Bear with me on the website copy - it's being fixed as we speak.) Super easy to enable the service, and there is no set up cost, yearly cost, or subscription fee to pay for. NPs can also accept one-time crypto donations, ACH transfers, and credit/debit card payments as well. I run a micro non-profit that wants to accept crypto, but is currently forced to either do it all manually or pay a huge fee. We earn nothing if the NP doesn't get donations. We're also building a full-scale marketplace that will basically be "Web3 Kickstarter" where users can see all the different causes/charities/organizations/game or film studios/artists etc that are trying to fundraise.
