Yes, mine unlocked yesterday and I think I'm not going to relock because I don't want to have to track everyone that has tipped me and I tipped to make sure I don't wipe out both our points for a season if I tip them too many times.

They really took all the joy out of tipping.

and people could still set up tipping circles with just a small amount of planning... the crackdown on tip 4 tip is sort of just adding stress.

Impact

Yes. It's just putting an undue burden on everyone and making things like /impact and Microsub have to jump through hoops to make sure that they aren't breaking the tip-4-tip rules. It shouldn't be about the number of tips either, but _maybe_ about the total amounts instead. 

Regardless, you can't control with other people do, and having to keep a list of the people behind every tip you've received or given is way too much "work" to ensure you aren't doing something that impacts both of you.
